This year’s Southwestern Regional Convention will be held at the Moody Gardens Hotel in Galveston, Texas.  Prices for this year’s program advertisements will be the same as last year, as follows:

Full Page Color (limited availability)         $750.00
Full Page Black and White                         $450.00
Half Page Color (limited availability)        $375.00
Half Page Black and White                        $225.00

All ads should be submitted either in MS Word “.doc” files or Adobe Acrobat “.pdf” files.  Please email your proofed advertisement to beckybat@elp.rr.com.  An acknowledgment will be forwarded to you upon receipt.  Please be sure to check all spelling, especially names, and ensure the ad reaches me no later than July 15, 2012.  

Once the ad is received, SWCM Treasurer Norman Baker will forward an invoice with payment instructions.  Your invoice is due and payable upon receipt.  If payment is not received prior to the program going to the printer, your ad may be omitted from the final copy.
